BeSky Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Article 1 (Personal Information)

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases will not be considered as provision to third parties:
    1. When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to achieve the purpose of use within necessary limits.
    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession through merger or other reasons.
    3. When personal information is jointly used with specific individuals, provided that the individual has been notified in advance of the fact and the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of those jointly using it, the purposes of use, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing that personal information.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. When requested by the individual for the disclosure of personal information, the Company will disclose it without delay. However, if disclosing all or part of the information falls under any of the following cases, the Company may not disclose it and will promptly notify the individual of that decision. A fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for each disclosure request.
    1. When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.
    2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Company’s business.
    3. When it may violate other laws.
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) their personal information held by the Company if it is incorrect, following the procedures specified by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the user’s request from the preceding paragraph, it will promptly make the necessary corrections.
  3. When the Company makes corrections or decides not to make corrections based on the preceding paragraph, it will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

  1. If the individual requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the purpose of use or that it has been acquired by improper means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation from the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it will promptly suspend the use, etc. of the personal information.
  3. If the Company suspends the use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or makes a decision not to suspend it, it will promptly notify the user.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if there are significant costs associated with suspending the use, etc., or if it is difficult to suspend the use, etc., but alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company will take those alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

  1. The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters separately prescribed by law or in this Policy.
  2. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Company, the revised privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
